As we have been for many years, the WorkFlow Studios team will be speaking at and active during the annual Lotusphere conference coming up January 18-22, 2009. Here are some notes on how to find us and when. Let us know if we can meet with you or see you during the show.

Libby Ingrassia and Tom Truitt will present BP206: Health Check: How's Your IBM Lotus Domino Environment? in the Best Practices track. This session is on Wednesday, January 21 at 4:15-5:15 pm, in SW3-4. Want Lotus Notes to be loved and you cast as the hero(ine)? We'll help you prioritize issues based on urgency and complexity to keep Lotus Notes and Lotus Domino running smoothly and serving the business.
Lance will present again, with Jack Ratcliff, in the BP103: Battle of the IBM Lotus Domino Javascript Toolkits on Wednesday, January 21 at 11:15 am - 12:15 pm in SW3-4. This session, like the Health Check session, is in the Best Practices track. You've heard about toolkits that make Lotus Domino Web development easier by letting the framework do the heavy lifting. Now, come see them face-off in a head-to-head battle for supremacy.
In addition to these sessions where they are the headliners, the WFS team is participating in some other featured sessions at the show.
On Sunday, Scott Wenzel (aka The Turtle), one of the Lotus community's first bloggers and most well-known advocates, will present The Turtle's Guide to Lotusphere 2009, from 6:15-7:15 pm in the DL S. Hemisphere III ballroom. Scott has asked Libby to participate as one of the "special guests" offering advice during his live, tongue in cheek guide to all that is the culture of Lotusphere.
On Tuesday, Libby will moderate a new panel discussion at Lotusphere called "Nerd Girl": Making Geek Chic. At this session (at 11:15 am - 12:15 pm on Tuesday, January 20), and its companion BoF roundtable session on Wednesday, you'll hear how as the number of women with IT careers grows, key contributors in the tech space (both men and women) are impacted daily by gender issues.Learn how these differences create a great opportunity, and highlight women as a valuable asset to the IT community.
Libby will also be teaching the first Lotus Positions for Lotus Geeks special YOGA for Geeks class each morning of the conference, out by the Dolphin pool. You don't need special clothes or special equipment; you don't need to be in shape or flexible. All you need is the desire to have a pain-free, energized conference experience.
Finally, you'll be able to find us Speedgeeking and answering questions at GURUpalooza, as well as at various sessions, BoFs, and events. Let us know that you're attending and we'll make plans to meet!
